1) The seller agrees to sell and the purchaser agrees to buy the following described kitten/cat:
Breed: Sphynx Color: ______________________ Sex: _________ Birthdate: ______________
2) The price of this kitten is $___________. The Purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and
airline carrier charges in the amount of US$_________. Seller is not liable for cats lost or stolen after acceptance by
the airline carrier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim with the airline if shipments are lost, damaged,
or delayed, resulting in mortality.
3) Deposits of $__500__USD are required to reserve a kitten/cat. All deposits are non-refundable. This means no matter what the circumstance there will be no refunds on deposits.
4) This kitten/cat shall not, under any circumstances, be sold, leased, and/or given to any pet shop, research laboratory,
or any & all-similar types of facilities engaged in the business of animals.
5) This kitten is purchased for PET________ PET/SHOW________, SHOW/BREEDING_______.
6) All pet kittens are spayed or neutered prior to leaving unless otherwise specified.
7) The kitten/cat is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. All kittens come with a 1-year guarantee against any life threatening genetic disorders.
8) Purchaser agrees to have the kitten/cat examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of purchase. Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.
Buyer agrees to notify seller within 48 hours of any adverse findings. If the kitten is found to be medically deficient by the Veterinarian with an untreatable or life threatening disease, the Seller should be contacted at once, before any major treatment is begun (except in an emergency situation). If the kitten should die from this problem, Purchaser must notify
SkyshaSphynx immediately, and furnish a Feline Necropsy report with lab findings indicating cause of death. Based upon lab findings, Seller may replace said kitten/cat when one becomes available. Purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping charges.
9) Seller will not issue cash refund under any circumstances unless the said cat cannot be furnished.
10) All kittens will have first set of vaccines against Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia .
The FELV vaccination can be given at Purchaser's discretion.
The administration of the FIP vaccine is not advised! If the kitten/cat is vaccinated against FIP the contract is null and void. Failure to keep the said kitten/cat up to date on vaccines will offer this contract as null and void.
11) Under no circumstances shall this cat/kitten be denied veterinary care! If the Purchaser is unsure whether or not the
cat/kitten is ill and in need of medical services, a veterinarian must be contacted, and the veterinarian’s advice shall be taken! Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.
12) The Sphynx are indoor cats only. Buyer agrees that they are to be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outdoors. Due to the lack of hair they can sunburn easily.
13) If for any reason the Purchaser needs to find the said kitten/cat a new home, SkyshaSphynx must be contacted first. SkyshaSphynx has first option to take the kitten back at no charge (this includes shipping) to be re-homed or kept by SkyshaSphynx. This right is not time limited, but remains in effect for the entire life span of the kitten/cat. This cat is never to be resold without the permission of SkyshaSphynx! If cat/kitten is purchased with breeding rights, under no circumstances shall this cat/kitten be resold unaltered. Breeding rights are non-transferable unless SkyshaSphynx is contacted first and approves.
14) Seller is not responsible for incurred vet bills.
15) Seller cannot guarantee that any Sphynx will not grow some hair at any point in his/her life.
16) Seller cannot guarantee future show achievements or reproductive capability for kittens/cats sold as show/breeder.
17) In the event the Purchaser is found to have violated any of the terms of this contract, Purchaser shall be liable to SkyshaSphynx for damages in the amount of the purchase price of said kitten/cat plus cost resulting from litigating this contract. This document is a legally binding contract. The laws of the state of Texas shall be controlling. By purchasing kittens Selleris in full agreement and approval of all the above and below terms and conditions of this contract.
